I love the details of this ornament and how it shows the NYC landmarks both in front and in back. I have purchased many ornaments from Russell Rhodes over the past years. I have always been impressed with the quality of the ornament as well as their prompt service.
As a general rule, I do not order glass ornaments due to their fragility. However, I made an exception this year and purchased the Big Apple New York Cityscape glass ornament. When I received the ornament, it was completely smashed into a billion pieces. (I know because I counted each piece)! I emailed customer service and received a quick response. The next day I was notified that a replacement ornament was being sent at no cost to me. I received the replacement ornament promptly and in perfect condition.
I cannot say enough about the outstanding craftsmanship of every ornament I have received from this company. In addition, their customer service is superior.

Great memories of NYC. This ornament captures them in glass and nice finishes. Arrived in sturdy packaging. Custom lettering is flawless.
