I love the details of this ornament and how it shows the NYC landmarks both in front and in back. I have purchased many ornaments from Russell Rhodes over the past years. I have always been impressed with the quality of the ornament as well as their prompt service. As a general rule, I do not order glass ornaments due to their fragility. However, I made an exception this year and purchased the Big Apple New York Cityscape glass ornament. When I received the ornament, it was completely smashed into a billion pieces. (I know because I counted each piece)! I emailed customer service and received a quick response. The next day I was notified that a replacement ornament was being sent at no cost to me. I received the replacement ornament promptly and in perfect condition. I cannot say enough about the outstanding craftsmanship of every ornament I have received from this company. In addition, their customer service is superior.
