My wife started this tradition 10 years ago for our 1st granddaughters Christmas and I've kept it up, now for 3 granddaughters.
The selection of ornaments is sufficient to be able to find a different relevant ornament each year and the many categories make it easy to drill down.
I usually order late November or early December and the ornaments come in about 10 days.
One year I received an ornament with a slight flaw and I got a replacement within a week.
I'm very happy with the quality of the ornaments and the service.
I inadvertently reordered the same ornament 2 years in a row, so now I keep a spreadsheet. It would be nice if a purchase history could be a feature on the website.
