Love the ornament but it would be helpful to let customers know that a delicate glass blown ornament does not come in a Radko box. The shipping packaging is great but it is not at all clear on your website that a Radko ornament will not be shipped in a Radko box, inside a shipping box.
Also, the inner packaging damaged the Radko card attached to the ornament. Shipper note: The Radko box is an option and is described on the product page, and a photo is also shown with the question: do you want the Radko gift box? We're sorry this was not clear, and I've submitted your experience to our webpage team to see how this could be made as a must-read or in some other way more apparent. My sister is quite the wine connoisseur, so I thought she'd like this. She does! The ornament is so well designed and really bright. Light just bounces off of it. Radko always does it right. And RR does the lettering perfect every time too.
